Max Marine Asia has been appointed as the exclusive Pearl Yachts dealer for Thailand, marking a significant milestone in bringing the luxury yacht brand to Thailand’s shores. 

Max Marine Asia is helmed by managing director Craig Murphy, a longstanding industry professional with experience in boatbuilding and marine management.

Murphy holds qualifications as a boat builder, shipwright, commercial captain and commercial engineer, showcasing his extensive knowledge of yacht operations and mechanics. He managed marine departments for Aman Resorts across various Asian locations, including Thailand, gaining a global perspective on the yachting industry.

Max Marine Asia operates in Thailand from two locations in Bangkok and Phuket: The Ocean Marina Office, located 1.5 hours from Bangkok, which has a showroom with modern meeting facilities. In addition, the Phuket office houses a fully equipped factory service centre, ensuring support for clients in the region.

Pearl Yachts was founded in the UK in 1998. Pearl’s fleet consists of the Pearl 62, the Pearl 72, the Pearl 82 and the flagship Pearl 95. The boatbuilder is headquartered in Warwick, UK, with production facilities in Gosport (Britain) and in Xiàmén (China).

The boatbuilder says it continues to extend its global footprint by expanding the network of Pearl Yachts dealerships, after appointing Max Marine Asia as the Pearl Yachts dealer in Thailand.
