Another Sunseeker 63 Manhattan arrives in Phuket

The second Sunseeker 63 Manhattan of 2011 arrived in Phuket this week from the UK.
MAIA was delivered to Port Klang in Malaysia where Iain Davie, Service & Sales Manager for Sunseeker Thailand and her Captain, met her for the Pre-Delivery Inspection and commissioning.
Following a successful ‘shakedown’ the boat set sail for Phuket via Langkawi, where MAIA then had a longer than expected stopover, due to the Tropical Depression which hit Southern Thailand and Malaysia over the past week.
The Flybridge Motor Yacht did however set sail 3 days later in the still testing waters, however she came through the challenging sea-trial with flying colours.
“We headed into the back edge of the weather system coming north with almost 2m seas and she handled it extremely well. She has certainly had a baptism of fire!” said Iain.
“On board, she is wonderfully appointed with an extensive multi-zone ‘Fusion’ sound system, I Pod docking stations, flat screen TV’s throughout with a drop-down 55’ TV in the saloon.”
“Additionally MAIA is equipped with number of chilled drinks cabinets and high output ice making facilities making her a great boat for entertaining, which is what the owner wanted!”
“I am sure he will like what he sees!”
